Lady Gaga’s outfits tend towards the flamboyant, so when she showed up to Elle’s annual Women in Hollywood celebration in an oversized neutral power suit, it made a statement. The look was meant to make a statement about women taking back power and agency in Hollywood, and was our Deputy Editor Madelaine’s favorite look this week.
